Ground Instruction

$35.00 Hr.

Flight Instruction

Professional, one-on-one flight training focused on building safe, confident, and capable pilots.

$50.00 Hr.

Prior to beginning flight training you must have the following.

  1. Government issued photo identification in conjunction with a birth certificate.

  2. In lieu of item 1. you can provide proof of a current (non expired) passport book or card.

  3. You must have an aircraft available to fly (we can help with this).

  4. You must have scheduling authority over the aircraft.

  5. You must have student pilot insurance that applies to your specific aircraft operations.

Prior to any solo flight you must have the following (your instructor will help you with these):

  1. TSA screening completed

  2. FAA IACRA student pilot application submitted.

  3. Agreed to pilots “Bill of Rights”

  4. 3rd class medical card or higher provided by an AME

A Few Things to Know

Some students own their own aircraft and others rent an aircraft through a local flying club.

If you would like to rent an aircraft we recommend joining a local flying club or similar. We are not legally aloud to recommend any flying clubs, but if you just google “local flying clubs’ in your area you should be provided plenty of options.

*All invoices from Ridgeline Aviation LLC follow the tax guidelines for the state of Utah during checkout. All fuel is paid by your instructor and taxed at the pump and will not be taxed again on your invoice checkout. We use a fuel reimbursement model with no fees attached to provide an easier checkout and invoice experience for our customers.
